I'm 580 pounds, walking's not so bad as long as it's over a level surface. Stairs leave me winded quickly going up, but I walk up stairs when I reasonably can because it's good for your knees and back. I usually take an elevator down where possible because going down stairs can be bad for your knees especially if you're really big (like me).
I have to be careful about what chairs I sit in. Most chairs that have arms aren't for me because I'm too wide. And some chairs it's best I not even try, arms or no, due to the risk of breaking them.
Standing for a long time is harder than walking the same amount of time. Because my belly puts a lot of strain on my back when I'm standing still.
It's also really hard to find clothes that'll fit me in stores. Places are starting to carry more 5xl's and such (due I suppose to America's expanding collective waistline) but they're still a bit rare.
