I have made a very hot discovery: Fenugreek the herb.
Centuries past, they used it to fatten up animals, it worked very reliable. And as I write these lines, I can attest that it is working on me as efficiently as it did on the pigs. It is so exciting to feel it in my belly, how it is making me hungry and how I yearn to be fattened up more.
It seems to lower the blood sugar and even though I have eaten like a pig all day long, I am still hungry, I sometimes get the feeling I am starving.
No wonder it make pigs fatter, you eat nonstop with this thing.
I have also noticed that the full bloated feeling that tells me "stop eating, you have more than too much" goes away. Suddenly, my stomach does not feel so uncomfortable pumped up anymore and I feel like eating more.
And it's probably important to watch out, to not overdo it, because a stomach cannot take unlimited pressure. And now that the feeling of being sated is gone, it will animate you to eat constantly. What this does in terms of stretching the stomach is a total dream and how strongly fattening, the next weeks will clearly show in my picture gallery.
I wonder what fenugreek does with the sugar, if it neutralizes it? That would be less fattening.
But if it makes the body believe that it is starving, even while you eat so copiously and fat, the hunger will open up the fat cells and store much more fat. Much like the yoyo effect does.
Do you guys have experience with fenugreek? Does this only work so well for me?
Taking too much of this stuff could also be potentially dangerous, as your blood sugar might fall too low and create a dangerous situation for your body. But that is just theory.
I take two capsules of Nature's Way Fenugreek Seed 610 mg and that makes me really hungry, and mind you, I'm 6 foot 4.
It is really hot for me to realize that this herb was used to fatten up animals and that it will work exactly as efficiently on me.
