Definitely do this ......and it usually happens at first when unintentionally I notice a gain, so I try and push it to the next increment intentionally.
Also, when I am actively and intentionally gaining ....like several times in the past few years the scale has a very interesting role. After eating and stuffing I will weigh myself which happens to be kind of thrilling in the first place because the scale usually reads higher because I am so full and stuffed not to mention when my Gut is so stuffed and bloated I can barely read the numbers on the scale because my huge Gut is in the way. During these times I will keep stuffing and then weigh myself several more times after eating, drinking and consuming more just to see the numbers rise higher in a matter of tens of minutes. I have actually drank several milk shakes after being so stuffed just to see the scale go up.
