Haha, this post caught me while I was eating rice and chicken with mushroom sauce. ))

Both these things don't work on me personally.
I was trying melatonin to regulate sleeping shedule. Pretty useless and expensive thing... the only help is a week of PAIN getting up at desired time (6am for example).

And about poultry with carbs... hmm. I don't feel all that happy atm. But still I got big problems in terms of psychology... so only hardcore things like tranquilizers can affect my mood... so disregard me in that case smiley
