Safety is a pretty big priority for me so I'd like to know the hazards. I am pretty sure the "stomach can explode" thing is poppycock so I won't ask that. Thank you!
The biggest safety risk is choking on the mentos when you swallow them. Take it slow and have some water handy in case you need it.
