Do it. Drink it throughout the day. Excheerleader just did 31/2 smaller versions of this recipe that added up to this one giant shake. She gained five lbs.

This is just a version of my recipe on steroids.lol

Try This One .Just one in a day in addition to a Big Traditional stuffing several hours before or several hours after.
Half gallon ice cream
quart of Heavy Cream
one can sweetened condensed milk
Half gallon of any kind of milk. My original recommendation was Skim milk to increase drinkability.
Hershey Syrup optional for flavor.
Box of Cake Mix or Brownie Mix mixed into batter .
You'll Gain a Lot of weight in just one day. I personally know three people who had Monumental gains with these shakes

Yes. She was on the shoutbox Saturday while she was doing it and then Sunday she was up Five lbs to 208.
31/2 shakes made with a half gallon of Ice Cream and the other ingredients.

Half gallon of Ice Cream and Whole Milk enough to make drinkable plus cake mix or brownie mix. So no condensed milk and heavy cream.
I think you should drink the exact recipe I suggested after a Big Fattening Breakfast. A big buffet lunch. A five o'clock dinner to Full. Then at 7:00 start slowly drinking the shake as outlined. Half gallon of melting ice cream. Half gallon of milk.One quart of Heavy Cream. One can of Sweetened Condensed Milk one box of cake or brownie mix made into batter before pouring into the blender. Hershey Syrup optional.

Or pick a cake shake dsy and drink just the shakes. Threeof them.Morning. Noon. Night.

I really enjoyed reading this thread. I have to admit, I am so envious of you being able to let go and totally gain! Someday I will work up the courage and just explode!
