Feedback and suggestions

I think this is a usability issue rather than a technical one, since I've not yet been able to user test this part of the website.

The way it's supposed to work is this - if JavaScript is enable, the big green button displays the reply form when clicked. You type your message into the form then click the White reply button to send the message. However I can see how this is confusing, with two buttons both labeled 'reply', especially with certain screen resolutions when the buttons appear one below the other. Recommendations for the best way to improve this would be great.

I get confused with 2 reply buttons as well - this can probably be really annoying if you've written a really long message!
