Stuffing

Looking for recommendations on food that fills you fast, and tastes good. It would be great if it were also cheap.

I find bread and pasta to be good for stuffing.

Both are heavy and leave me bloated and round, but a few minutes later I'll be hungry again and ready for more.

And being carbs they will help add pounds if you are gaining.
