I want to use olive oil, to be on the healthy side, but I don't know what to mix with the olive oil to create an easily drinkable weight gain shake. I want to mask the taste of heavy fat, when the gain shake reaches around 50% fat content.
I also want to avoid lecithin, as there are some studies that indicated that lecithin is really bad and causes heart disease.
