My fiancé weighed in at 312 at the doctor's this past week 
Happy on many levels -- that she's still confident about her size but also that her actual waist actually shrunk to fit two pairs of 26-28 jeans she hadn't gotten into for a while. She wondered if she lost weight, but I think somehow her double belly stayed the same while her waist underneath shrunk. Either way, we're having a fat and happy holiday :-)
