Well, I think the first steps are pretty easy.
Quit any exercise if you still do any. Try to walk less. Take the bus, or car or a moped. Whatever you have. I think even a bike is better if you don t exert yourself while riding it.
And with the food, just start eating whatever you want. For example when you are at the shop and you see for example a bar of chocolate you really like, don t think about it, just buy it.
These are very easy first steps in my opinion. Don t think, just do and eat whatever you fancy, whatever you crave.
