I checked your profile and it says 130 pounds. So yes it's going to be hard for a while. Keep in mind that there's a point where that reverses. 230 was my changing point. I can't loose anymore, all I can do is gain. And I gain weight very easily. To get there you need gainers shakes with heavy cream, lots of food, and regular stuffings. Dieting is also necessary in between your gains.
You have to reprogram your metabolism. Once you do it's gets pretty easy after that unless you decide to try and reverse it.
I've been binging daily on dairy , carbs and soda , and recently started trying inflation , thanks for the advice!
