How does one on these boards describe extreme obesity

I am not talking about BMI charts or any of that but more a physical look (aesthetic), movement and normal things that can not be achieved by size?

I'd say it's the point where someone gets too fat for various things, when their sheer mass changes their lifestyle.

That’s a pretty good & simple way to look at it.
