What's the most weight you've gained in a single month?

13 Lbs in a month, 2 consecutive weeks of paid meals helped with that. When at home, used heavy cream and cake mix.

My record a few years back was 40 pounds during the holidays while competing with friends to grow the biggest belly.

I think it was about 25+ lbs (and maybe 35 lbs in 6 weeks). I had lost weight some months prior and then let go and started stuffing again.

Ah Yes I remember well Pinky that first year when you started on FF.You probably did this twice actually. Around February and again at Christmas with egg nog and peppermint bark. 😁

roughly 40 or 50 pounds

I think 25lbs a month is about my maximum. I was doing the GOMAD diet for that month. (Gallon of milk a day). Really worked wonders!
