As a bbw/ssbbw do you have to watch your foot ware due to weight my ex loved flip flops weather that was weight related I don’t know

My wife has broken a heel after a 40 lb. gain in a year and a half a while back.
She kind of tacked it up to her shoes/heels being old....which was a good sign for her denial I thought.
