Eating breakfast or not?

So for gaining does eating breakfast seem to have a positive or negative effect?

On one hand it's another meal meaning more food and calories to fit into the day, but on the other I've heard skipping breakfast keeps your metabolism slow. This means calories eaten later in the day (especially before bed) convert more quickly and efficiently into fat.

What do you guys think?

Eating breakfast or not?

A sizable breakfast is a great way t o start a very filling day. Just make sure the rest if the meals are equally as heavy and don't skimp on snacks and desserts.

Positive, when you are trying to gain weight all that matters is calorie intake.

On top of that, who would want to go hungry for Breakfast Food? best type of meal!
