So for gaining does eating breakfast seem to have a positive or negative effect?
On one hand it's another meal meaning more food and calories to fit into the day, but on the other I've heard skipping breakfast keeps your metabolism slow. This means calories eaten later in the day (especially before bed) convert more quickly and efficiently into fat.
