Hi there, I need to gain weight as I'm underweight right now and I struggle with eating a meal each 3 hours and reaching 3k calories per day (I need 3.5k per day to even gain weight lol).
So as I saw olive oil is 950 calories per 100 ml, I wanted to drink like 30 ml or 50 ml per day, maybe mix it in shakes or in yoghurt to make it edible. However, it made me incredibly sick as its taste is just so overwhelmingly nasty. I couldn't eat for 6h and I nearly puked because of it. Is there any way to make it edible?
Also, any other 'hacks' one can do that is quick calories for someone with a limited budget and a small stomach?
