It's easy to think too deeply about it. You see almost naked people on television adverts in the middle of the daytime, so I can't see how they can stop anything similar. So long as you have genitals covered, and nipples, then it's not porn.
Yeah, coloquially here they're calling the new pron law the fap register, because anyone wanting to view porn in the UK will have to register on a government database (like WTF).
Anyway I've not had time to fully look into it yet although I will do shortly. It's a grey line as to what classes as porn because it has to be viewed in the context of the situation. However since 'they say' this legislation is primarily about protecting kids online it's likely they'll err on the side of caution. We'll see.
