I agree with the other post....weight gain has always worked for my wife. I seem to see a difference every 10 lbs. but yes for a whole cup size probably 20+ lbs.
As someone else mentioned Heavy Cream will add to the fat and weight gain and really go to that area as well as other feminine areas.
It's all genetics. I remember seeing a woman over 500 pounds with two nipples, and not much else. Perhaps a 50AA chest? Not much you can do, unless you want implants.
