Gaining

How long is the delay until excess calories eaten become weight gain?

When I start a gaining session for a couple of weeks, my belly gets big and hard to start with and about 2-3 weeks later I notice more flab developing in other places. So yes, there is definitely a delay before the subcutaneous fat develops.

How long is the delay until excess calories eaten become weight gain?

It seems like when I begin a binge, I don’t instantly gain as I over eat, I tend to randomly pack on mass a week after my calorie surplus. Is there a delay on food being turned into physical fat? And in your experience how long is this delay? Do you gain the extra weight within the same 24 hours, or does it creep up on you even after you’ve came down to a normal food level?

you must over eat for at least 4 days as for some reason the body ignores the first few days of over eating. Eny over eating after the first few days will turn into fat and will show up slowly in about 5 to 6 days
