I want to gain a lot of weight, but I’ve struggled with it because unlike most people here I do not like eating many foods, and I don’t have a great appetite even when taking appetite stimulants. So right now I’m very skinny to the point that even my doctor asks me to gain, but when I try to gain weight I burn out after a few days and lose it all again because I just get so tired of eating that I cannot even meet the daily calorie requirement for someone half my age. My current goal is 150 pounds and right now I only weigh about 100. My long term goal would be more around 200.
Does anyone have tips for easy ways to gain weight, preferably a lot of it? So far the most effective method I have found is getting calories through liquid, but it hasn’t been effective long-term nor has it been as dramatic a gain as I want; I’d like to gain much more and keep it on.
