I been adding about an extra 2400 to 3000 calories a day but haven’t noticed any gain. I know weight will show on the scale but no added weight basically about the same or slightly less then the day before. I don’t want to quit to early if there is anything I’m doing wrong let me know. How long will it take before the added calories catch up?? I’m planning on adding 4000 or 5000 calories on sat and maybe Sunday to spike to calorie count. Any ideas?? I’m sure someone here will have some answers..
