I've always been really skinny despite having a sedentary lifestyle because I never really liked to eat. I never had cravings to snack and never enjoyed sweet or greasy foods.
This past year I've gained over 20 pounds by forcing myself to eat even when I wasn't hungry, and had a lot of heavy cream and ice cream as well.
Now, I feel like my eating habits have completely changed even when I'm not trying to eat more. I'll subconsciously order the most fattening thing on a menu, snack throughout the day, and get sugar cravings. I'm still a healthy weight according to BMI, but I'm feel like I won't be this way for long given that I don't do any exercise.
What do you think? Has this happened to anyone else?
