There’s a few apps you can get that allow you to count your calories and plan meals. You can plan out your meals in advance and ensure you hit your calorie goal each day and spend a minimum amount of time and money. It’s been working really well for me so far 5k each day for the last 5 days and I’m already getting results.


That’s awesome! Which app are you using? I have Carb Manager, my girlfriend got it to cut carbs and I’m using it for the opposite lol.
