Advice?

Stephiebellie:
I’m 18 years old and just graduated high school (yay class of 2020!) since this quarantine has started I’ve been eating whatever I want and have been loving it but I’ve also really been packing on the lbs. I’ve always been a bit heavy but now I feel like I should just accept being bigger that way I can eat whatever I like. I just joined this website and am excited for something new and am asking for some advice on this. Should I just indulge and act on my desires or should I try to lose weight and continue to battle my weight problems?

Welcome to the website! For advice, I guess it would mostly be up to you to decide.

But personally for me, iv been gaining recently, after being fit and active for years, and I'm personally loving getting bigger. There's just something about putting on weight and seeing your body change, getting bigger that's pretty exciting to me lol

If you wanna gain I'd say try gaining a small amount of weight, Maybe like 5 or 10 pounds. And if you enjoy it, I'd say just go for it, Indulge and continue to gain

I'm coming from a different perspective, in that I'm neither a feedee nor a foodee. I'm just a gainer. I love being fat. I like how round and full my body is. I enjoy the soft, squishy feel of my fat.

There are definite challenges to being fat. It's physically impossible for me to run or jump. Tying my shoelaces is difficult, and walking up even a short flight of stairs leaves me out of breath. Despite this, I love being fat and have zero regrets.

I get the impression that you enjoy eating food more than gaining the weight. Perhaps you could let yourself gain some more weight and see if you're at least okay with the weight gain. If so, then you might be fine with indulging.

If you don't like the weight gain, I think it would be easier to just maintain your current weight. Trying to lose your weight is typically an exercise in frustration because you're fighting your body's set point. That's why most people who diet and exercise eventually regain all the weight.
