some-chubby-boyfriend:
I have fibromyalgia and before it got bad I was known for my athletic lifestyle. I want to get as fat as possible without messing up my health anymore than it is now. I do a fibro approved work out for muscle strength and am picking up swimming. Does anyone else have any ideas so I can stay healthy while keeping the most jiggly squishy fat possible? I want the most muscle gain to handle the new weight with the lease weight loss possible. Any helpful foods would be appreciated as well. Thank you guys for reading my long question and a double thanks to any responders.

I’d suggest checking out some of the heavy cream threads which speaks to this somewhat; HC will cause subcutaneous fat (the soft jiggly kind that is healthier) instead of visceral fat (the type that is hard, think more ball beer belly, accumulates around the midsection, and is known for causing metabolic syndrome.)
Dairy, Avocados, Nuts, and other “healthy” fats are the way to go for subcutaneous. Sugar, simple carbs, and the like will create the visceral fat. Other than that, take walks to stay healthy and consider strength training to maintain muscle mass. Good luck! :-)
