I can safely say that we are still looking to improve this feature as advised by hiccupx.
Currently the block feature will stop interactions on the site. So people can still view your profile and content.
Blocked members can not: Message you directly, See or speak to you in the chat, comment on your pictures, follow you and if they are currently following you that feature is removed.
So yes currently blocked members can still see your profile and like content it seems (which should not be the case). but they can not interact with you on the site.
We are constantly working on the site and we have to priorise our workload. With such a small team it can take longer than usual to implement changes. But we are working through all the suggestions we get to add new features improve existing features and fix bugs but things take time.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
