On an older thread I saw 12% added to your current weight is recommended for a test gain, though don’t be surprised if you overshoot your goal. If you gain 12% and still think it’s not enough try another 12%.
Once you get used to eating whatever you want and more of it, it’s harder to go back to normal portions and the hunger that comes with it. Turns into “I’ll start watching what I eat tomorrow” but tomorrow keeps getting postponed! LOL!!
