My only suggestion to you would be see if you can focus your energy while your losing into helping and encouraging others.
I have lost weight a couple of times over the last few years for various reasons and it absolutely sucks, but by keeping active on the community in a different capacity, I was at least able to keep the momentum going. Or even writing some fun stories for yourself, anything that allows you to divert those desires of stuffing yourself silly, so that you can effectively lose. Sorry if they aren't great suggestions but they did work for me. Good luck. Also, regaining is great fun!🤞
