Gaining

I am trying to gain a lot of weight fast as I am pretty skinny, and I heard heavy cream is the best way to gain weight quickly. I was just wondering is heavy cream and double cream the same thing? And if not what's the difference.

Also, is heavy cream the best way to gain weight fast or is there other ways. Additionally, how many cups of heavy cream should I drink a day?

Drinking too much cream is apt to give you digestive problems (you really don't want that!). So I'd start small (say half a cup a day) and after a couple of days increase it if you haven't had any problems, and continue like that until you find a good spot for you. Do keep in mind that heavy cream is super filling, and doesn't taste that good on its own.
