It's a good start. I don't want to downplay that. It's a good foundation to work from.
However if you're trying to look realistic I'd make a few small adjustments.
You've got a roll bulging out mid back. You either need to smooth that some or pad the lower back a bit more. Back rolls are a thing but its completely isolated right now.
You also need to adjust the padding in the transition from chest to belly. Even in a tightly packed jacket there would be some dip from moobs to belly.
I'd reassess after fixing those two points. Right now it also feels like the belly may be cresting a bit high, but fixing the chest will effect how that looks.
As always with experimental costuming don't make too many changes at once. You're sculpting this look and too many changes at once will make it hard to know what fixed/caused an issue the next time.
