Fat experiences

Back pain from keeping it sucked in

I've gotten too fat to suck in my belly and it became an unconscious habit of mine. Finally I began suffering from spasms on my right side for the last few months and low and behold I noticed that it was from sucking my fat gut in. So I relaxed my belly and like a miracle the pain and problems went away. Now it's distended and hanging all the way out and it's much easier to get to everything.

Back pain from keeping it sucked in

Alchemistknight:
I noticed a similar thing myself from sucking in, before when I would do a large stuffing I had pain when trying to suck in and then in the last month I was getting pain from trying to suck in my stomach after gaining about 10 more pounds onto my frame.

I finally broke my habit of sucking my stomach in and like you said it was a weight being lifted as my stomach drooped forward.

It's a lot easier to bend over and get to my feet when I need to. I still have to cross my legs to tie my shoes unless I'm wearing sweat pants just so I can breath. Once I get big enough and grow a belly apron things should get interesting.

Back pain from keeping it sucked in

Im the opposite. I have back pain when my belly isn’t getting support and is not sucked in or tucked into leggings. I think the weight puts strain on my lower back when other muscles aren’t pitching in so to speak.

Does not sucking your belly in effect how big it is in the long run? I always wondered if it helped it get bigger since it's always stretched out.

I think it's possible but from my experience it will likely make your back hurt. Stuffing helps out a little if you do them regularly. When I decided to get fat I tried everything to get there quickly but it just takes time. Eventually I reached a point where I had so much fat on my belly that it was impossible to suck it in. I used to have a six pack 20 years ago and it took a long time for my body shape to change. I wasn't even aware that I was sucking it in most of the time. Once I figured it out and made an effort to stop things are much better. And after giving it up a few weeks ago I can't suck it in anymore. My fat seems to be in balance now.

I have to suck in my belly, though. Walking with it not sucked in really throws me off balance with how much it wobbles side to side

I used to be like that when I was thinner. Towards the end of me sucking it in it was the opposite. I felt back heavy, lol. Now that it's fully distended my belly fat moves better and I'm all balanced out. Now maybe another 15 pounds wouldn't hurt.
