Use heavy cream, the cake mix will bind with it so it's easier to digest. Pie filling is a good thing to add to change the flavor. Never stick with the same recipe. Keep changing it up so you don't form an aversion to one flavor or the shakes in general. Melted ice cream blended with heavy cream and cake mix is a good one. Use whole milk to get it to flow in the funnel.

Also make sure that the mixture isn't chilled too much. Keeping it at room temperature seems to help the body relax so you can take more in.

Buy a big enough funnel with a valve.
If you think you might need to stop keep going but learn your threshold so you don't throw up. Challenge yourself and it will get easier.
If you are doing it with a partner make you that you go over the hand signals with them first, lol.

Don't over do it at first it might ruin your fun. Set a goal and work your way up. You need to learn how to hold your breath and open up your throat so that it rapidly fills you. Work on that as you stretch out your belly. It only takes a couple of weeks to really handle the big ones. Make them as calorie rich as possible even if it ruins the taste. If you do it right it will go down so fast you only have to deal with the taste at the end. Keep a glass of your favorite drink ice cold to wash the taste away. Make you that you relax and enjoy the combination endorphin and sugar rush afterward. Immediately relax and let the sensation flow through you. It's now time to get really lazy. Keep massaging your belly because there's trapped air that needs to escape. And don't forget that it's all going to your fat cells so never plan on just doing it once.

I almost forgot. Be conservative at first with your ingredient list. You don't want to put too much of something in there because you could get sick afterward. Remember most of the time if you get sick the fun is over. So stay on the safe side and use caution. You can always get more radical next time.

Lastly, you know you made it when you can still eat within a few hours of doing a shake unless you really over did it. And no matter how you feel when you finish it, always rinse and soak your blender and funnel right away. You don't want to have to go back the next day after dozing off in fat heaven only to wake up with a greasy mess waiting for you.
