Ensure has a special weight gain one with obviously higher calories than the normal Ensure. Which by itself is a decent amount of calories for such a little drink. Plus it has all the vitamins and minerals needed. Since ensure is normally for people who aren't getting proper nutrition and calories. I used it a few years ago during my first gaining attempt and I think it helped quite a bit. I personally liked the vanilla flavor. But, for some, it tastes gross. Hope that helps! Good Luck!
