I want to make a gain shake, but dont care for the taste of heavy cream, i dont have a lactose issue, another issue is that i seen is that heavy cream has lots of "healthy" fats that destroy visceral fat and turn it into subcutaneous fat.
Problem with that is for me is that I love the shape and firmness of my belly, I understand the risks of too much visceral fat. I was doing some research and found that non dairy liquid creamers still use a tiny bit of trans fat.
My plan is to make a gallon shake with a half gallon of ice cream, 2 quarts of creamer, not sure in the flavor yet and a box if cake mix, that will be good for 8000 calories.
Has anyone chugged coffee mate creamers? How does the body handle it?

I have used coffee creamer before to help with gaining. I have switched to heavy cream for the same reasons everyone does. Anyway, if you research and get the Low-Fat coffee creamer you will see that to lower the fat they add sugar. So for your visceral fat wants that should do the trick. Regular coffee creamer does have a decent amount of sugar. But the low fat is better. Usually, anytime a company wants to make something low fat and not still taste horrid they add sugar. So that may help you in your endeavors. Best wishes!
PS oh and for the chugging part. my body didn't seem to handle it any worse than anything else high in sugar. So basically fine. Unless you have any metabolic issues and can't handle the blood sugar spike. Just be careful and test little bits at a time and work your way up.
