Lately I've been experimenting with chugging soda. I've been loving it so far. The only issue is that when you drink a lot of liquid so quickly it passes through your system really quick. Do you think my body is still absorbing all the sugar/calories even though its going through my system so quickly? Is it better to chug a 2 liter in one sitting or should I space it out throughout the day?
