That sounds like problems with your gall bladder if you still have one. It stores bile that helps digest fats. So when you eat, especially food with a lot of fat in it, it releases the bile into your digestive tract. But, if there is a Gall stone or some other issue then you can get severe pain that can feel very much like a heart attack. Since the gall bladder is in a similar area. Might want to go to the doctor.
