Hitting a plateau/weight gain flatlining

I started gaining just over a year ago now, but once I hit the weight I had been previously (I was always a chubby kid, but fattest in high school), every pound seemed to take 10x the effort... I don't know if it's because I had to get my gallbladder removed a couple years back or what but I'm practically desperate to gain at this point so any advice or tips or whatnot would be great 😅 have you ever plateaued at a weight before? If so what helped you overcome it when you thought you were already going all out?

Hitting a plateau/weight gain flatlining

Might be different for men, but I’ll share I was stuck hovering at 190 for about five years up until just recently. It’s different for everyone, I’m sure. Sometimes it’s just a matter of having enough of a food budget.
