The most I've gained in a year (so far) was 30lbs. I know, peanuts compared to many folks here. LOL! But I did a lot of lifting and minimal cardio. I put on both muscle and fat. It was exactly what I wanted. I joked with myself, of you're gunna put the weight on, you have to be able to lift it.
I've had to back off a bit as blood sugar went up, as well as blood pressure. Still lifting right now, more cardio, cleaner diet but still eating a lot of healthy stuff... for now.
