Yeah, mayo is basically liquid calories. It’s mostly oil, so it’s insanely dense for the volume. From a pure gaining perspective, it “works” because you can rack up a ton of calories without feeling super full compared to something bulky like rice or potatoes.
That said, straight mayo shots can get gross fast. If she genuinely enjoys it, fair enough — some people do. But long term it’s probably easier (and less likely to make her nauseous) to just load it into actual food. Thick on sandwiches, mixed into tuna or
subway surfers chicken, extra in pasta salads, that kind of thing. Same calories, less shock to the system.
Also, doing big hits of pure fat can sometimes mess with your stomach if you overdo it. So I’d say viable? Yes. Sustainable? Depends on her tolerance and whether she actually likes it or is just doing it for the calorie punch.
If she handled half a bottle no problem though… sounds like she’s got the stomach for it 😅
