Stuffing

First time stuffing

I think it depends on your goals for the stuffing. If you want to see a full, round, distended belly, there are foodd that will cause bloating, but may or may not have the abundance of calories to show lasting effects of weight gain.

If you are looking for a dining experience, a multi course meal is in order. Not those tiny tasting menu portions you get in a restaurant, but generous helpings of everything. Try to encourage cleaning her plate before moving on to the next course...even if it takes time and belly runs in between. (This is probably the most romantic form of stuffing.)

If you are stuffing as a means to an end...the end being significant weight gain, you'll naturally choose high-density foods. But keep in mind that sometimes these can be a little tough on the digestion. I find anything in liquid form...like milk shakes (either or without weight gain supplements or cake batter) go down fairly easy and pack a punch.

In any case, you'll want to serve her favorite foods, and it's best to offer plenty of variety. Don't set a time limit. And take breaks when needed. The best stuffings can sometimes last for hours. And can be an erotic experience for all involved.

First time stuffing

CuriousLearner:
Thank you. We were thinking like a marathon type stuffing. Start off with a healthy breakfast, snack on and off till lunch, have a fair lunch, snack till supper and TRY to have a big supper. We just don't know if that is too hard of a pace to keep for the first time.

Hmm, from my experience that needs a bit experience. Can't go fully into the deep end. Maybe one time that may work but depends how often are you going to do it. Some snacks: like chocolate.. well basicly everything sweet can really easily turn "not so good" after having it too much and also affect body that way too.

Maybe if the food had lot of variety it would be pleasant. New flavours as it can activate the "can eat more" As is taught for kids.
