Gaining as fast as possible, but safely?

Building habits that will make you eat more an of course calorie dens foods.

Gaining is a marathon not a sprint 😄
So try to go for bigger portions and get used to them.
Have snacks ready.
Adding in liquid calories, soft drinks smoothies, milkshakes.
Treat your self, like always get a snickers if you get gas.
Always get a milkshake if they have one on.
Always get dessert, when you are out for dinner.

Oh and Snacks, if you want to go healthy have nuts bananas dry fruit.

If not just fill that blubber with as many empty calories as possible before and after meals 😂

Weight gain shakes 3 times a day plus you regular meals plus stuffing when ever possible
