Has anyone with a receding hairline had any luck growing it back? The best therapy I've heard so far is Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) where you have a scalp injection every season that stimulates growth, with no other routines to worry about. Spray foam didn't work from my experience, and my dad who's using a laser-hat contraption isn't having results.
Much as I'd like to date, having hair is (imo) almost worth more than fitness, and I'm not sure how to reconcile. Perhaps hair extensions pay off in the long run?
