How often do you weigh yourself? And do you do it on an empty stomach, full stomach, or whatever?

I weigh myself every morning when I'm home. I weigh before taking a shower in just briefs with an empty stomach. Sometimes, just for fun, I'll weigh myself after a large, heavy meal.

Usually daily after waking up and going to the loo.
Sometimes after eating lots I will weigh myself before bed. So tonight I'm going to bed 4lbs heavier than this morning...I just hope some of it turns to fat!!

just when i am curious, or something tells me that there might have been a change (like had to go to the next hole in my belt), etc.

i have been in relationships in the past where we scheduled weigh-ins, but i am not that motivated now.
