Not being able to move. To pee on yourself often. To need your bowels manually moved everyday by your caregiver and feeder. When your immobile, none of that is reversible
I care for those needs and more EVERY DAY. It’s a lot of work. It’s not simple or easy to keep the blood pressure and blood sugar of an immobile person in good limits to help control diabetes, and preventing pressure sores through expensive equipment and lots of experience.
And getting a truly fat person to the hospital for medical care has a whole book of issues for the feedee
