Coming up we’re getting ready to pig out on so much food, but we want to do it right. From what I understand, have a very small breakfast and drink a LOT of water in between them and the stuffing. Once the meal comes up, you stuff yourself silly while occasionally taking a sip of your drink until you are completely full. You could then top it off with soda and chug it to expand your belly and full you up. The goal is to be stuffed and super full, not to gain weight.
Does all this sound right or would anyone advise any extra steps to make our experience better?
