Is there any lifestyle tips to gain only soft and squishy fat? I don't really like beer belly, better - softer😊

exercise burns visceral fat at a higher ratio than subcutaneous fat, so eat at a caloric surplus but still do cardio for a soft body all around

Apparently heavy cream reduces visceral fat (the hard fat) and gives more subcutaneous fat. Start slow, like 200 mL per day next to your regular food intake, and increase it to 1L a day of it on top of your regular daily consumption of calories.
