Hi There! My name is Noah and I have wounded up the courage (and the excuse) to gain some weight. Currently, I am at 115 pounds and I am roughly 5’5. So if you couldn’t tell by just the numbers, I am quite skinny. Well anyway, I could use a couple of professional gainers in here to give me a heads up to start gaining. My goal weight for this year is to hit 135-140 pounds! I know that is still rather skinny, but I still need to gain 25 pounds. So I believe that I have a long road led out for me.
To start things off, I want to do a monthly goal of being able to eat 3 meals a day. That is where I want to start first. I have been starting to count my calories and I am nearing around the 2,500 calorie mark. I think that is pretty decent especially from a skinnier gainer. Enough said, I just have a few questions about gaining and would also like to here any other miscellaneous ideas or tips to help me!
Questions:
1. When will it start to be noticeable? Will gaining those 25 pounds be noticeable in the first place?
2. Recently I have been super bloated and it’s rather hard to eat 3 meals, is that normal? Should I be seeing result regarding my appetite soon?
3. What are some good things to eat in the morning? I have most of my classes for college at 8 AM. I was wondering if there were any quick, fast ways to create a gainer breakfast “on the go.”
4. I am still rather new to this whole gaining thing. With the upgrade of 25 pounds, will I be needing to buy new clothes? Just out of curiosity.
5. Please share any other tips for me! I am still dying to figure out the best snacks during class and other activities around campus.
