Gaining

Healthy gain

I know this is a thread topic thats been done constantly, but I want to do it just incase any new info has come out. What are the ways to gain healthily? I know gaining subcutaneus fat is a good way to start, but what are some snacks and stuff I could eat that help with that. Im looking to gain like 10lb as a test, just not sure where to start.
