Anyone got advice to share on maximizing bloat?

For me it's just, eat a really huge meal (of anything really) stopping before you get queasy, then chug a beverage (again stopping before you get queasy) then fill the rest by swallowing air (if there is any left to fill). Also don't do it out of order; I learned that the hard way when I got bad cramps from swallowing the air first. Anyone got other tips? Like what type of food expands your gut the most?
